All stock and prices (UK Pounds Sterling) are subject to availability;

Please allow up to 4 days for delivery - however, it is possible to fulfil

Orders sooner than this, so please let us know if your order is urgent.

Any delay will be notified to you immediately via email.

Delivery charges will be calculated automatically and added to the total price payable before you confirm your order. There are no hidden extras.

Refunds/Exchanges

Any faulty product will be exchanged or refunded provided it has not been damaged by the recipient. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of their receipt, though return costs must be met and the item returned in its original packaging and suitable for resale.

The product must be returned with the Certificate of Authenticity and refunds can only be made to the original buyer at the address to which the item was originally despatched.

A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation, providing these conditions have been met.

If it is obvious that the consignment is incorrect you should inform us within 3 working days after receipt.

Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card though our secure payment system. It will be taken that your authority for payment has been given when you complete the order form. Your payment will be debited from your card account before the goods are dispatched to you. Our total liability to you will not exceed the total price of the relevant items.

Retention of Title & Risk

The goods shall remain the property of Stars Ink until you have paid for them in full.

Liability

Stars Ink are not responsible and are not be liable for any losses incurred due to use of any statements, recommendations, advice and opinions expressed on this Site. These are made in good faith on the basis of information available to us at the time.

Complaints

Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law.
